CONRAD CALIMPONG AND ARTHUR MUELLER CELEBRATE THE GOOD RESULTS
From 19 October until 30 November 2017, Frederick Lee Olsen – artist, gifted kiln-builder and expert on open-flame firing – was honoured with a retrospective exhibition entitled HOLLYWEIRD TUBE – FORMED IN FIRE at the NEW MEDIA ART GALLERY of Ventura College at Ventura, Los Angeles.
And so he couldn’t miss the opportunity to fire up his wood-burning Hollyweird Tube kiln again, high up in the stony desert of California together with a great many colleagues.
